Transaction Date: For the purpose of this Refund Policy, the transaction date of purchase for products refers to the day that you made the purchase.

Refund Period: You may cancel a product at any time, but a refund will only be issued if you request a refund with Namevise within the refund time frame specified for the applicable product, if available at all.

 

Products Eligible for A Refund

Products are eligible for a refund during the first 72 hours (3 days) of purchase.  However, no product is eligible for a refund once it has been transferred to a new account regardless of the refund period.

 

Products Not Eligible for A Refund

Premium Domain Names: These products are not eligible for any form of refund whatsoever.

Transferred Domain Names: The transfer of a domain name completes the purchase process. No refund shall be considered for any transferred domain name for any reason(s)

No Refund After Account Closure : If eligible for a refund, it is necessary for you to request a refund prior to account closure. You may elect to close your account with us at any time, but upon account closure you will no longer be eligible for a refund as otherwise permitted under this Refund Policy.
